Shipping Destinations
Valentine Bird Studio currently ships to selected destinations. Available shipping countries and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During collection launches, promotional periods or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
If processing is expected to take longer than this timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible.
When will I get my order?
Estimated delivery times and available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout. When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered no later than 30 days after the order has been accepted.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and assist you with the next steps.
Valentine Bird Studio remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to you, except where you have independently arranged a carrier that was not offered by us.
